The Space

Enjoy a restful stay in a highly comfortable Queen-size bed with soft, premium-quality linens designed to help you relax. The bedroom and bathroom have been carefully styled with custom-made furniture, warm lighting, and unique details that enhance the apartment’s elegance.

Located in one of the most active and vibrant areas of San José, the apartment places you directly across from Parque Francia, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and cultural spaces that make Barrio Escalante one of the city’s most distinctive neighborhoods.

The apartment includes everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, refrigerator, washer and dryer, blackout blinds, complimentary Costa Rican coffee, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Parking is available for $15 per night for guests who would like added convenience during their stay. Advance reservation is required and availability is subject to confirmation.

Guest Access

We want you to have the best possible experience in this space designed for your comfort. We kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

• Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Should you need an adjustment to these times, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.

• We have already sent your reservation authorization to the lobby. Upon arrival, please present a valid form of identification, such as a passport, national ID, or driver’s license. Identification will also be required for each additional guest staying with you. Please mention apartment number 0408.

Other Things to Note

We offer an additional professional cleaning service for $29.

The service includes:

• Full cleaning of the apartment.
• Replacement of bed linens and towels.
• Refill of shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.
• Toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessary cleaning supplies.
